Yogurt Dip & Roasted Paneer

Quick and simple finger licking dip and roasted paneer which is great for party time.
       
It can be served with non fried chips, soup sticks and diced veggies (carrots, cucumbers, capsicum, steamed brocolli)
                                                          
Ingredients:
Curd (yogurt) – 2 Cups
Egg less Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
Green chilly – 1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves – 2tbsp finely chopped
Spring onion (stem) – 2 tbsp
Juice of half medium size lemon
Black Pepper – ¼ tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
 
Method:
Hang the curd in muslin cloth and wait until the whey (excess water) is removed it takes about15 min approx.
Whisk the hung curd with mayonnaise till smooth. Add black pepper, salt, lemon juice and whisk well again.
Now add green chilly, chopped coriander and spring onion and mix it well.
Put in glass bowl and garnish with coriander / stem of spring onion.
Ingredients:
Amul Paneer – 100 gm
Chilly powder – 1/4 tsp
        or
Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Oil – ¾  tbsp
 Method:
        Heat oil in a pan at medium heat add in the paneer, chilly powder and salt.
        Mix well and cook covered for 2 minutes. Do not add water. Open the lid and stir fry until the paneer gets roasted.
