Beat egg whites not too fluffy add to the flour n salt and make it to smooth batter (not too watery)
In a non stick pan saute onion, tomato, veggies with red chilli powder n salt.
Add the veggies to the batter and add fresh coriander mix it.
Rub the paniyaram tawa with oil (jus greasing) and pour the batter and close the lid in 2 min turn over the appams and let it cook on the other side for another 2 min and its ready to serve.
Serve hot with chutney!!
