Grilled Veggies Spicy Wrap

Made yummy spicy wrap with loads of veggies nicely grilled n so quick n low cal dish!!!

For the grilled veggies:
2 cups – Broccoli florets, cut into individual florets
1 cup – Green bell pepper, diced
1 cup – Red cabbage, cut lengthwise in 1/4″ slices
1/4 cup – Carrots, cut lengthwise in 1/4″ slices
Olive oil for brushing the veggies
Pepper
Salt as reqd

Method:
Pre-heat oven to 250°C for 10 min on toast mode. Spread vegetables on the wire grill, brush with oil and sprinkle salt and pepper. Bake for 10 – 12 min at 200°C on grill mode until done.

For the wheat Tortillas:
2 cups – Whole wheat flour
1 tsp – Baking powder
2 tsp – Olive oil
1/2 cup – Warm water
1/2 tsp salt

Method:
Mix well all the ingredients and roll into thin rounds and cook on  each side over medium heat.

For the wraps:
4 – Wheat tortillas
1 – Onion, thinly sliced
2 cups – Grilled veggies
4 tbsp – Low fat yogurt
1 tbsp – Green chili sauce
Black pepper 
Salt as reqd

Method:
Mix the yogurt and green chili sauce in a bowl. 

Place the tortilla lay the chopped grilled veggies on the tortilla. Spread the yogurt mixture on top of the vegetables. Place the onions sprinkle some black pepper and salt. Wrap it up and enjoy!
