Eggless Tutti Frutti Cookies – my 1st bake!!!

These eggless tutti frutti cookies from Sharmis Passions were on my do list for a long time. This is my first baked goodie and am so happy for it.. I thank Sharmi for clearing many doubts of mine (like which oven to buy, where to buy baking dishes and so on) She was generous to clear all my doubts ..This is for you Sharmi..Shes a wonderful blogger and makes dishes so perfectly..

These are no so perfect in shapes but they tasted yumm .. My SH liked these so much !! 

You need to make these cookies:
All Purpose Flour – 1 cup
Unsalted Butter (at room temperature) – 6 tbsp
Powdered Sugar –  1/2 cup
Tutti Frutti – 1/2 cup
Milk – 1 to 2 tbsp 

How to make:
In a mixing bowl add powdered sugar and butter whip them well until soft. Add APF and tutti frutti and mix them well.

Form them into soft dough (I did not add milk if required milk can be added to make it into soft dough)

Make the dough into log shaped and roll in butter paper.

Freeze for approx 40mins. Take the dough out and slice them as desired mean while preheat the oven at 160 deg C for 10mins.

Bake these goodies at 160 deg C for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden brown.

Transfer carefully in a rack and cool it. Store in airtight container.

    These look nice & the recipe is the simplest I've ever seen for a cookie!
    I'm guessing I can substitute chocolate chips instead of Tutti Frutti (not too fond of 'em!)…
