You will need:
2 cups – Cooked Rice
1 and 1/2 cup – Fresh Coriander (finely chopped)
2 tbsp – Garlic (finely chopped)
2 – Red color (green chilli), chopped
2 – Green chilli, chopped
1/2 tsp – Soy sauce
1 tbsp – Oil
Salt as reqd
How to make:
Heat the oil, add the garlic and chillies and sauté for a few seconds and then coriander and saute for few seconds.
Add the soy sauce, rice, salt and mix well.
It’s done , pack it for lunch!!!
