What you need for Tikkis:
2 cups – Green Moong (soaked overnight and cooked till tender with some salt)
2 tbsp – Coriander, finely chopped
1 tsp – Ginger, finely chopped
1/2 tsp – Red chilli powder
3 tbsp – Oil for shallow frying
In a bowl add all the ingredients for the tikkis mix them well make them into lemon sized balls flatten it and dip in the corn flour mixture and then on the semolina on both sides and keep aside.
In a frying pan add oil shallow fry the tikkis 3 – 4 min on each side or until they turn golden in color and place them on kitchen towel to drain excess oil if any.
