Sprouted Moong Chaat

Sprouts are high levels of energy providers and during summers this is a much required food which easily boosts up instant energy levels and adding seasonal summer fruits adds more value to it and helps in retaining body water levels. A touch of chaat masala adds more flavors to it.

What you need: 
1 cup – Green moong sprouts
1/4  cup – Onion, chopped
1/4 cup – Cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup – Tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup – Carrot, grated
1 tsp – Lemon juice
2 tbsp – Coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp – Chaat masala 
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp – Pepper powder

How to make:
Add the par boiled moong sprouts in a deep dish add all other ingredients and toss well. 

Enjoy this refreshing and energizing salad !!
