Paneer Tikka Masala with Coriander Roti

Paneer Tikka Masala is yummy restaurant dish. Its so simple to make but involves few preparations and it goes so well with steamed rice and any Indian bread!! 

What you need for Paneer tikkas: from Manjulas Kitchen
2 cups – Paneer, cubed
1 tbsp – Hung Curd
1 tsp – Tandoori Masala
¾ tsp – Red chilli powder
1 tsp – Coriander powder
1 tbsp – Ginger and garlic paste
½ tsp – Salt


What you need for Gravy:
1 no – Big Onion, finely chopped
2 nos – Tomatoes, finely chopped
3 nos – Green chillies
3 tbsp – Fresh coriander, finely choped
1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds 
1 tsp – Red chilli powder
1 tsp – Coriander powder
1/4 tsp – Garam masala
¼ tsp – Turmeric powder
1 tbsp – Oil
Salt as reqd

How to make Paneer tikkas:
Mix all the ingredients and marinate for 1 hour refrigerated.


In a tava heat tsp of oil place the marinated paneer after 2 -3 min turn them and fry for 2 – 3 mins. Remove from fire once paneer becomes light brown.


How to make masala:

Puree the tomatoes and green chillies. In a pan add oil once hot add cumin seeds after they crack add onions sauté them well until they become transparent.


Now add the tomato puree, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and cook for about 4 min or until the oil separates from the gravy.


Now add paneer tikkas and cook for 3 min, add garam masala mix them slowly and add fresh coriander and cover and cook for a minute.


Serve hot with any Indian bread. Made coriander roti which is just so simple with 2 cups wheat flour add reqd salt, 1 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder mix them well and it is make into rotis and enjot with this yummy paneer tikka masala!!
