Broccoli n Green Olive Salsa topped Bruschetta

Bruschetta is an Italian appetizer. Made strong flavored Broccoli green stuffed olive salsa. It can also be made cheesy for kids. Garlic rubbed loafs gives an additional flavor and they taste great. Many mix and matches can be made with this Bruschetta.


This makes a wonderful party starter. Salsa can be prepared the earlier day and refrigerated.

 What you need for Salsa:
1 cup – Broccoli, blanched
1/4 cup – Stuffed Green olives, sliced
1/2 cup – Onions, chopped
1/2 cup – Tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp – Green chillies / Jalapenos, chopped
1 tsp – Red wine vinegar
Salt as reqd
Black pepper as reqd


How to make:
Combine above all and mix them well and refrigerate.

What you need for Bruschetta:
1 Loaf – Italian or French Bread
2 pods – Garlic, made into paste
1 tbsp – Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Salt as reqd
Black Pepper as reqd


How to make:
Slice a loaf into oval shape pieces arrange it on a tray and grill it until it gets crispier. Mean while in a bowl add olive oil, garlic paste, salt and pepper and mix them well.


Remove the bread rub with the paste. Serve prepared bruschetta topped with spoonful of salsa and enjoy!!
