Homemade leftover potato masala and potato nuggets rolled into cheeseey wraps for a lazy sunday dinner!!
Whay you need:
6 nos – Chapatis
1 cup – Homemade potato masala (leftover)
1 cup – Potato Nuggets (prep as per instrc)
1 no – Onion , thinly sliced
1 no – Tomato, thinly sliced
1 cup – Low fat Hung Curd
1/2 cup – Any cheese, grated
3 tbsp – Fresh coriander, finely chopped
How to make:
Prepare the chapatis assemble by dollop of hung curd and spread it evenly now add the potato masala followed by chopped potato nuggets and scatter some onion and tomatoes on top above goes some grated cheese and coriander leaves.
Roll up and heat it on low flame for a min and serve it hot!!
