Sprouts, Mushroom n Spinach Stir Fry

This is a leftover dish from the veggies left behind in my refrigerator. This is a dry dish and i love them with the roti.

What you need:
Moong Sprouts – 1 cup 
Mushrooms – 1 pkt, chopped
Spinach – 2 cups, blanched 
Onions – 1 no, chopped
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Fresh Coriander – 2 tbsp 
Oil – 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Salt as reqd

How to make: 
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds once they splutter add onions and keep sautéing once it turns pink add ginger garlic paste mix them well and add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix them well and cook it covered in low flame.

If reqd add some water and add sprouts, mushroom and spinach mix everything well and cook it covered under medium flame until they are cooked. 

Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with roti.
