Apple Fig Cinnamon Oatmeal Smoothie

A quick and healthy breakfast shake for a hush hush morning!!

What you need:
Apple – 1 (skin peeled and chopped)
Milk – 3/4 cup
Dry figs – 4 nos (soaked in hot water for an hour)
1/4 tsp – Cinnamon Powder
Oatmeal – 1/4 cup (cooked in hot water or milk until soft and cooled)
Sugar / Honey – If reqd

 How to make:
Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth. 


Serve chilled!! 


P.S: It can be prepared the earlier day and refrigerated.
