Ragi Red rice Dill leaves Pakodas

Quick and fragrant pakodas made with Ragi flour, red rice flour and dill leaves for a perfect chill climate!!

What you need:

1 cup – Ragi Flour
1/4 cup – Red rice flour
4 tbsp – Dill leaves, remove the stalks, finely chopped
1 sprig – Curry leaves
1 no – Onion, finely chopped
3 nos – Green chillies, chopped
1/4 tsp – Red chilli powder (optional)
Pinch of Asafoetida
Salt as reqd
Oil for frying

How to make:
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients well except oil for frying.

Add water and make it to dough like consistency. Heat the oil and drop the batter in small quantities and fry them till they are cooked and drain them on the kitchen towel.

Serve it with a hot cup of filter coffee!!!

    Hi Vimitha Anand got dill leaves from a road side greens seller near my place..me too jumped up high when i saw them..he himself didn't knew its name i briefed him about it….
