Wheatgrass Orange juice – Booster Juice

My latest addiction “Booster Juices and Breakfast Smoothies”. I am going to share few of my favorite juices and smoothies under a new label. Its the healthiest and best way to get rid of the morning blues on whats for breakfast?? There are n number of ideas which crops your head on these juices and smoothies.


Open the refrigerator, pick your options, blend them and gulp it in a jiffy and that’s it you’r done.


Wheatgrass juices have become the latest pick in all the malls in town. The cost is pretty at a higher rate. Got few pkts of wheatgrass after much googling found out that it does not loose its effect if blended with other juices and it can taste better.

What you need:
1/4 cup – Wheatgrass juice
Juice of – 2 oranges
1/4 cup – Papaya, chopped (optional)
1 tsp grated ginger

How to make:

Chop the wheatgrass into half, wash in running water.


In a blender put the wheat grass add 1/4 cup water churn it well and using a sieve strain the grass. 


In a blender add orange juice, ginger, wheat grass juice whisk for a sec and pour in tall glass add chopped papaya and gulp it.




NOTES:

Wheat grass juice has to be consumed in less than 10 mins of its preparation if not its nutrient values may reduce.


Consumption of wheat grass is based on individual and it may have cons. So better to consult a doctor.
