Dill leaves Jeera Rice

A super quick flavorful rice with herbs makes it more flavorful.



What you need:
1 cup – Cooked Basmati Rice
3/4 bunch – Fresh Dill leaves,stalks removed n chopped finely
1 tsp – Coriander, finely chopped
1 tsp – Roasted Cashews
1 – Cinnamon stick
2 – Bay leaves
2 tsp – Ghee/Butter
1 tbsp – Cumin Seeds
1 tsp – Green chillies, finely chopped
Salt as reqd

How to make:
Heat ghee in a pan add cumin, cinnamon and bay leaves and allow to splutter add dill leaves, green chillies, coriander, salt and saute them well.

Add rice mix them well and add roasted cashews and serve hot with raita!!
