Baby Corn n Tri Color Peppers Jalfrezi

Made jalfrezi with baby corn and tri -colored peppers and it tasted so good with phulkas.                         

What you need:
Baby Corn – 1 pkt (par boiled)
Tri colored Capsicums – 1 cup (length wise chopped)
Onion – 2 nos (finely chopped)
Tomato – 2 nos (finely chopped)
Ginger n garlic paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder –1/2 tsp
Red Chilly Powder –1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt as reqd
Oil – 2 tbsp + 1 tsp

How to make:

In a deep pan add 1 tsp oil saute bell peppers until they turn crispy and set aside. 


In the same pan add remaining oil add cumin seeds once it splutters add onion, ginger n garlic paste saute well until they turn brown in color.

Add tomatoes, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and mix them well and cook until tomatoes softens. 



Now add baby corn mix them well and cover and cook for 7 – 8 mins.


At last add the sauted peppers, coriander, mix well and serve it hot!!
