(Pearl Millet) Kambhu Elumichai Sevai

Organic stores are coming up with sevais using millets and this kambhu sevai gained my attention. Made elumichai sevai a healthy n nutritious dish.
What you need:
Instant Kambhu sevai – 1 pkt (Cook as per instructions and set aside)
Lemon juice – 4 tbsp or more as reqd
Green chilli – 2 nos (chopped)
Ginger – 1 tbsp (chopped)
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Asafoetida generous pinch
Uradh dhal – 1 tsp
Channa Dhal – 1 tsp

Oil – 1 tsp

Salt as reqd

How to make:
In a pan heat oil, add mustard and let it splutter add Uradh dhal, Channa dhal, ginger, curry leaves, green chillies and fry well.

Now add  turmeric powder, asafoetida and salt mix well add lemon juice and switch it off. Now add sevai mix them well and serve!!
