Granola, Strawberry Yogurt n Winter Fruit Parfait

Easy to make parfait with crunchy granola, strawberry fruity yogurt and fresh seasonal fruits. It’s a gorgeous way to start the day.

What you need:
Museli / Granola – 1 cup (store bought)
Strawberry Yogurt – 1 cup (homemade)
Seasonal fruits –  2 cups (chopped)
Mixed Nuts n Raisins – 2 tbsp (chopped)

What you need to make Strawberry Fruity yogurt:
Hung Curd – 1 1/2 cup
Fresh Strawberries – 3 cups
Powdered Sugar – 2 tbsp or more
Lime Juice – 1 tbsp 

Blend all the ingredients and refrigerate over nite. It turns bit runny after blending and also if reqd you can strain it. But i used it as such.

 How to line up parfait:
Line up
the glasses by
adding a layer of fruits, pour layer of yogurt, add
 a layer of granola. Repeat until it reaches the top and add chopped nuts on top.

Chill it and the parfait is ready to be gulpped!!
