Carrot Orange lemonade

Refreshing and thirst quenching energy drink which requires no sugar. 

What you need:
Carrots – 500 gms (peel skin and cut into chunks)
2 cups – Water
2 cups – Orange Juice
1/4 cup – Lemon juice
Mint leaves

How to make:

Blend carrot with water until smooth and strain it completely.

Add orange juice, lemon juice mix them well add more water if required refrigerate and serve cold with mint leaves and lemon wedges.
