Black Eyed Peas Wild Mushroom Soup

 Black Eyed Peas Wild Mushroom Soup makes my dinner to night. Nutritious creamy black eyed peas and wild mushroom soup for a filling dinner!!

What you need:
1 cup – Black eyed peas (Soaked overnite and cooked for 5 whistles)
1/2 cup – Wild Mushrooms (boiled in hot water for 8 mins)
1 no – Onion (chopped)
2 cloves – Garlic (chopped)
2 cups – Vegetable stock 
1 tbsp – Olive oil 
1/4 tsp – Red chilli flakes
1/2 cup – Milk 
1/2 tsp – Ground pepper
2 tbsp – Coriander (chopped)
Salt if reqd (veg stock contains salt)*
1 tsp – Lime juice

How to make:
In a deep pan heat oil add onion and garlic and saute well add stock, cooked peas and mushrooms. 

Allow to cool and blend it until smooth . Return it to the pot add milk, chilli flakes, pepper and bring it to boil in low flame. 
Switch it off serve Black Eyed Peas Wild Mushroom Soup with dash of  lemon juice, coriander and fried onions and add dash of yogurt.
