Simple lemon n coriander upma with chillies n ginger instead of usual rava made with oats a healthy substitute which came out spicy n yummy!!

What you need:
Oats -1 cup (Dry roasted)
Onion -1 no (chopped)
Ginger -1 tsp (finely chopped)
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Coriander – 3 tbsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Chana dhal -1 tsp
Urad dal -1 tsp
Green Chilly – 2 nos (chopped)
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt as reqd
Water – 2 cups
Oil -1 tsp

How to make:

In a pan heat oil add mustard seeds once it splutters add channa dhal, urad dhal, green chillies, ginger and saute well.

Now add onions, turmeric powder, salt mix well add water close with lid and let the water boil for 5 mins.

Add oats mix well and let it cook once they reach upma consistency switch off the stove add lemon juice, coriander mix well and close the lid.

Serve hot with cup of curd.
