Eggless jam filled vanilla cupcakes with strawberry butter cream icing makes a perfect Valentines day easy to make dessert recipe. These jam filled centres makes the cupcakes so addictive.
What you need for cupcake: 
All purpose flour – ¾ cup
Strawberry jam – 3 tbsp
Thick Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 3/8 cup or 6 tbsp
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp + pinch
Vegetable Oil – 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp

How to make:
Preheat oven to 180C. Fill the muffin tray with muffin layers.

Beat the yogurt and sugar mix well add baking powder and baking soda combine it add vanilla extract, oil, flour and fold the mixture.



Spoon batter into muffin tins about 1/2 add half tsp of jam into the center of each cupcake. Then cover with batter until the liner is 3/4.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes and let it cool completely.

For the Strawberry Butter cream Icing:

Icing Sugar – 1 cup
Butter – 2 tbsp
Strawberry Jam / Preserve – 2 tbsp
 

Mix all the above said ingredients well fill in the piping bag and decorate the cupcakes as required.

Add sprinklers as you wish per need and surprise your loved ones with these eggless jam filled vanilla cupcakes.
