Pasta had always been a favorite, tried Pasta Primavera for the first time and my SH simply loved it!!

What you need:
2 cups – Penne Pasta (cooked to al dente)
1 cup – Broccoli Florets
2 cups – Red Pepper,green pepper and yellow pepper (sliced)
1/4 cup – Brussel sprouts (halved)
1 no – Onion. sliced
3 nos – Garlic, chopped finely
1 Tbsp – Low Cal Butter
2 Tbsp – Olive Oil

What to make:
In a pan heat oil and butter add onions and garlic saute well add broccoli, brussels and peppers.

Saute veggies well and set aside.
For the Sauce: (Recipe inspired from Jeyashri’s Kitchen)
1/4 cup – Cheddar cheese (grated)
3 nos – Basil leaves
1 tbsp – Butter
3 pods – Garlic cloves, sliced
2 tsp – APF
2 cups – Milk
1 tbsp – Italian seasoning
1 tsp – Pepper powder
1 tsp – Red chilli flakes
Salt as reqd

How to make:
In a pan add the butter once hot add garlic, basil leaves and saute for a min add flour saute well and add milk mix well not to form any lumps keep in medium flame and stir till it thickens.

Add Italian seasonings, pepper powder, red chilli flakes and salt. 

Add grated cheese and add veggies, cooked pasta mix well. Top with more cheese and serve!!!
