CANTALOUPE BANANA n POHA SHAKE

Healthy breakfast is the need of the day. Any mix n match of fruits n veggies with some protein rich foods is the best. Addition of poha idea was inspired from Healthfood desivideshi.

What you need: 
1 cup – Cantaloupe
1 – Banana
1/2 cup – Soaked Organic Poha
1 tsp – Honey
1/2 cup – Soy Milk


Blend all the ingredients above and sip it in!!
