Sukha bhel is one of my fav sunday snack. Was out of stock of puffed rice so made sukha bhel with the ragi flakes. They turned out too good.

What you need:
1 cup – Ragi flakes
1 no – Onion, chopped 
1 no – Tomato, chopped
1/4 cup – Cucumber, skin peeled n chopped
1 tbsp – Lime juice
Peanuts as reqd
Sev as reqd

1 nos- Green chilly, chopped
2 tbsp – Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Salt as reqd
Chaat masala asreqd 

How to make:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
