FRESH FIG FLAX MEAL SOY SMOOTHIE

This drink is definitely a energyzer and espcly for women on thr low days. I have tried it umpteen times and it has def helped me.

What you need:
Fresh Figs – 6
Dry Figs – 2, soaked in hot water n chopped
Soy Milk / Low fat milk – 2 cups 
Flax Meal – 1 tsp
Honey if reqd


How to make:
Blend all ingredients until smooth and gulp it 🙂 

Figs curdle the milk so it has to be drunk in less than 5 – 10 mins of its preperation.
