Balloon vine greens dosa (in tamil it is mudakathan keerai dosai) these greens are very healthy ones and its an excellent medicinal food which helps in curing bone and joint pains. Ragi is another excellent gluten free flour which is and perfect substitute for other flours.

What you need for balloon vine greens dosa:
Red rice – 1 cup
Black Urad dhal – 1/4 cup
Ragi flour – 1 cup
Balloon vine greens – 1 handfull
Cumin seeds powder – 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
How to make:
Soak rice and dhal seperately overnite and in the morning grind to smooth paste when rice is about to get smooth add in the greens and grind it along with it.
Mix the batters together and add ragi flour, cumin n pepper powder add salt mix well and let it ferment for 4 hours.
Make dosa on a nonstick pan and serve with chutney that are high on antioxidants .
What you need for amla chutney / nellikai chutney:
Amla – 3 nos
Green chillies – 2 nos
Fresh coriander leaves – 1/4 bunch
Fresh Mint leaves – 1/4 bunch
Tomato – 1 no
How to make:
Saute in a 1/4 tsp oil until they soften and grind to smooth paste with salt.
Serve with glass of buttermilk for a filling breakfast.
