Orange Thulsi Lemonade is a low calorie, healthy and stress relieving drink. Also made tangy mango salsa with loads of seeds.  

What you need:
Orange juice – 2 cups (Freshly squeezed)
Tulsi leaves – 1 handful
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Mint leaves – 1 sprig
Honey- 2 tbsp (optional)
Water – 1 cup

How to make:
To the fresh orange juice add crushed thulsi leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice, honey and water stir well and serve chilled.

What you need for Mango Salsa with 3 seeds:
Mango – 1 (chopped in cubes)

Onions – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)

Tomato – 1/4 cup (chopped)
Dry grapes – 1/4 cup (soaked over nite)
Sunflower seeds – 2 tbsp 
Melon seeds – 2 tbsp
Flax seeds – 1 tsp (powdered)
Mint leaves – 2 sprig
Kala namak – as reqd
Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
How to make:
Toast the sunflower seeds and melon  seeds. Mix everything in a large bowl and cool it and serve.
