Palak Soyawadi Masala

Try this quick and simple palak soyawadi masala for roti instead of paneer it tastes great and definetly healthy, delicious and nutritious.

What you need: 
Spinach puree – 2 cups
Soya wadis – 2 cups
Oil – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Red chiily powder – 1 tsp
Onions – 1 no,chopped
Tomatoes – 2 nos, medium sizes chopped
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Dried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi) –  1/2 tsp
Salt as reqd

How to make:
Boil water with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp red chilly powder add in soya wadi soak for 10 mins. Drain and squeeze out excess water. 

Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds and onions and sauté add tomatoes cook until they soften add spinach puree, chilly powder,salt, garam masala powder and cook for 5-6 minutes.  

Mix well add ½ cup water add soya wadis, mix well cook for 2 mins add crushed kasoori methi and mix well and serve hot.
