FRESH FIG n PINK GUAVA LEMONADE

Figs have many health benefits majorly in bowel related activities and in weight management. Guavas helps in regulating blood pressure and majorly helps in diabetes slowdown in the body. These are always available at the local market and love using them.

What you need:
Fresh Figs – 4 nos, chopped
Pink Guava – 2 nos, chopped
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Organic Honey / Cane sugar – as reqd


How to make:
In a juicer blend figs and pink guava add reqd water.


Strain the juice, add lemon juice, honey / cane sugar stir in well chill and serve!!
