PAPAYA RED RICE FLAKES – PROBIOTIC SMOOTHIE

Poha or rice flakes are a great Probiotic food and high on fiber and on Vitamin B. Papaya being highly nutritious fruit has n number of health benefits.

Smoothies are power breakfast’s and they keep us full till mid morning. Add flax meal, sunflower seeds, almonds or dates and make your smoothie richer and yummyyy..

What you need:
2 cups – Papaya, chopped
1/2 cup – Brown Poha (soaked for 10 mins)
1 cup – Yoghurt
1 tbsp – Flax meal
2 tsp – Melon seeds
2 nos – Walnuts

How to make:

Soak the nuts for an hour. Push all the ingredients in the blender until smooth and gulp it.
