What’s your fav meal which is easy to make but fills up your tummy definitely stuffed parathas.. Try this tofu and spring onions paratha and serve with some curd and pickle and a plateful fresh veggie salad.

What you need:
3 cups – Wheat flour 
1/4 tsp – Red Chilli Powder
Salt as reqd
For Stuffing:
1 cup – Grated tofu
1/2 cup – Spring onions, finely chopped
1 tsp – Green Chilli, grated
1/4 tsp – Ginger, grated
1/2 tsp – Cumin powder
1 tsp – Olive oil 
Salt as reqd 

How to make:
In a pan heat oil saute spring onions, add chilli, ginger  salt and saute well. Add cumin powder, tofu and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Cool it and roll into small balls and set aside. Make soft dough roll them place the stuffing in the center wrap it and rill it slowly. 

Heat the pan and cook parathas on both the sides. Serve with bowl of curd, pickle and veg salad.
