MASALA OATS

Savory Oats with loads of vegetables makes a great breakfast / lunch.

What you need:
1/2 cup – Instant Oats
1 cup – Bell peppers, Fresh peas, Carrots
1 no – Onion, chopped
1/4 cup – Tomatoes, chopped
1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
1 tsp – Olive oil
1 tsp – Lemon juice
2 nos – Green chillies
1/4 tsp -Cumin seeds
2 tbsp – Fresh coriander 
Salt as reqd


How to make:
In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds once it cracks add onion, green chillies, veggies and saute well.


Add veg stock or water add tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.


Now add oats mix well and cook till its done. Sprinkle fresh coriander add lime juice and serve hot!!
