Fresh celery mushroom fried rice a quick simple flavorful rice perfect for lunch box. Celery has many health benefits and its usage in everyday cooking provides us with its benefits both stem and the leaf parts are used.

What you need:
Kala Namak Rice / Basmati rice – 1 cup
Mushrooms – 8 nos, chopped
Celery Stick – 3 nos, chopped
Onion – 1 no, chopped
Garlic – 3 nos, chopped
Ripe Green chilli – 2 nos, chopped
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Green Chilli sauce – 2 tsp
Salt and pepper as reqd
Olive Oil – 1 tbsp

How to make:
Heat oil in a pan add onions, garlic, chilli, celery, mushrooms and let it sweat a little. 

Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt, pepper powder and saute well now add cooked rice mix well saute for a min switch off the flame and serve hot!!!
