cabbage tofu soup
Cabbage Tofu soup is a wholesome and nutrition packed soup this can be made to replace any time of the meal and it keeps you filled definitely for three hours.
What you need:
1 cup – Cabbage, shredded
2 cups – Mixed veggies (peas, carrot, mushroom, babycorn n bell peppers)
1 no – Onion, finely chopped
2 pods – Garlic,chopped
Few pieces Tofu, diced
2 cups – Veg Stock
1 tsp – Soy sauceĀ 
1 tsp – Olive oil
Salt n Pepper as reqd
2 tbsp – CorianderĀ 

How to make:
In a pan heat oil add onion, garlic and saute well add all veggies saute them add stock, soy sauce, salt n pepper and simmer for 5 – 7 mins.

Add fresh coriander and serve hot cabbage tofu soup!!
