METHI WALI SABZI with home grown methi sprouts

Fenugreek sprouts are the easiest once to grow in couple of weeks. Love stir fries for my rotis and this is one such simple n quick to do sabzi with fresh methi sprouts. 

What you need:
Mixed veggies – 2 cups
Methi sprouts – 2 cups
Onion – 1 no, chopped
Garlic pod – 1 no, choped
Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder – gen pinch
Salt as reqd
Olive oil – 1 tbsp


How to make:
Heat oil in a pan saute cumin n onion seeds add onions, garlic, veggies, salt, turmeric powder, chilli flakes mix well add the fenugreek leaves stir it well. 


Cook for another 4 -5 mins or until cooked and serve with hot chappati.
