Picked up a pkt of Organic wheat sooji from my nearby Organic store. Sooji was super fine and this made me to make my favorite breakfast veg kichdi with some tangy chutneys. 

What you need:
Rava – 1 cup
Mixed veggies – 1 cup
Onion n Tomato – 1 no, chopped
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
Green chilli – 2 nos
Channa dhal – 1/4 tsp
Urad dhal – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt as reqd
Curry leaves

How to make:
In a pan heat oil add mustard seeds, channa dhal, urad dhal, green chillies, curry leaves saute well add onions mix well add in tomatoes cook till soft add salt, turmeric powder now add veggies and 2 1/2 cup water and allow to boil.

This stage add sooji slowly and cook in simmer for about 3 mins and close the lid switching off the flame.

Serve with tangy chutney, sambar and hot hot filter coffee!!
