INSTANT WHEAT OATS DOSA N PEANUT CHUTNEY

Morning Breakfasts are the most important meal of the day. Making it healthier lies the entire trick. There are many variations to instant dosas but my version is simple i do not prefer adding rice flour/ maida / sooji to my instant dosas..  


Paired up one such simple to make wheat n oats dosa with quick peanut chutney and pomegrante juice for my breakfast!!

What you need:
1 cup – Wheat flour
1/2 cup -Oats, powdered
1 no – Onion, chopped
1 tsp – Cumin seeds
2 nos – Green chill (chopped)
Salt as reqd


How to make:
Mix all above ingredients in a bowl add water and make it to dosa batter consistency.


Pour on a non stick pan and make dosas and serve with quick peanut chutney.


What you need for chutney:
1/2 cup – Peanuts
4 nos – Red chillies
1/4 tsp -Tamarind paste
Salt as reqd


How to make:
Heat a non stick pan and dry roast peanuts and red chillies until crisp.


Once cool add in a mixer add tamarind paste and salt and add water as reqd and grind till smooth.


Transfer to a bowl and add cracked mustard seeds and curry leaves.
