Last week SH was not in town n so is my cooking was very minimal.. I prepare his fav dishes once he’s bk from his trip.. n one of his fav ingredients is meal maker so made a quick masala wala curry but the masalas were limited as he prefers it simple.. I got black poppy seeds from Priya akka wen she had come over to Chennai.. We had 3 gaala days at my place.. Sersly black poppy seeds were damn flavorful n tasty.. 

This went perfectly with roti n made some crunchy salad with it..but before preparing roti i had em with 2 slices of wheat bread..cldn’t control my tummyy..

What you need:
Soya chunks – 20 nos
Green Bell pepper – 1/4 cup
Green peas – 1/4 cup
Onion – 1 no, chopped
Tomatoes – 2 nos, chopped
Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Ginger n Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 

To grind to smooth paste with water:
Green chillies – 4 nos
Grated coconut – 2 tbsp
Black poppy seeds – 1/2 tsp 
Saunf – 1/2 tsp

How to make:
Boil hot water with salt n 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and cook meal maker in hot water for 2 mins, drain n set aside.

In a pan heat oil, add onion, g n g paste saute well add tomatoes and cook till soft, add bell pepper, green peas, red chilli powder, salt n mix well and cook for 3 mins.

Add the paste n half cup water and cook till it thickens..garnish with coriander leaves..n serve with hot roti n crunchy salad..
