Love such easy pasta recipes and it’s my fav wen i have to cook jus for myself.. Made this pasta with loads of chunky garlic and stuffed olives. Sauteing garlic n onions gives a wonderful flavor to the olive oil and it enhances the taste of the pasta. 

 What you need:
2 cups – Pasta (cooked to al dente, any variety)
4 pods – Garlic, slightly crushed 
1 no – Onion, sliced
1 no – Tomato, cubed
5 nos – Stuffed black olives, sliced
Red chilli flakes, Black pepper n Italian herbs, crushed
Salt as reqd
1 tbsp – Virgin olive oil
2 tbsp – Fresh parsley/ Coriander, chopped

How to make:
Heat oil in a pan add onions saute add garlic, olives, red chilli flakes, black pepper and roast well. Now add tomatoes cook for a min and immd add salt and more pepper if reqd and add basil / coriander and add the pasta give a stir and serve hot!!
