Had plans to make bread channa for breakfast n channa masala n phulkas for lunch and cooked channa.. after cooking channa took a big U turn and tis hummus came into my mind… dropped on the idea n made tis sooper easy n flavorful lemon coriander hummus a less oil recipe with very less salt and spices but still flavorful one. 

Ok hummus is done but wats for breakfast?? Sandwiches heyyy yaa i made some wheat toasts … spread hummus .. and added some chopped veggies .. ahh the the breakfast was done in no time..

It works as a perfect spread on phulkas too..  So spread’ed tis hummus on phulkas and made okra curry ahhh packed SH’s lunch n he was happie.. n mee too was happie for simplifyiing my work.. 

What you need:
Chickpeas – 2 cups, cooked
Fresh Coriander – 1 bunch, washed n roughly chopped
Garlic pods – 2 nos, roughly chopped
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Extra virgin Olive oil – 2 tbsp or more if reqd
Salt as reqd

How to make:
Throw in all the ingredients into a jar n blend until smooth add more oil if the hummus is dry. 

What you need for Sandwiches:

What Bread pref – 4 nos
Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Olives n Jalapenos

How to make:
Toast the bread spread generous amount of hummus on both the slices arrange veggies and serve warm!!
